true monolith This album is a classic through and through...I remember hearing it back in 2011 and I couldn't stop listening to it back then, was always hards to find except on youtube so I'm glad I was finally able to buy it here. From the instrumentals to the lyrical content, this album will always go down as one of my favorite underground albums. Real Hip Hop Favorite track: Mic Like A Memory f. Kory Calico.

Timothy Dalton I can't think of a first album drop by any artist that can best this one. CL instantly became one of my favorite groups and every track they make gets better and better. Favorite track: Lynguistics.

Jared Low One of the first rap albums that convinced me of worth in 21st century rap. While not even in the Lynguists' top three works by terms of quality, it holds a special value to me, one of my favorite rap albums so far. Favorite track: Fukinwichu.

Patrick Scopa This is one of the first albums that got me into hip hop. This marked my transition from good old-school hip hop to the underground. With samples from Eminem and Big L, it's clear this group was trying to keep real hip hop alive. This album contains a very wide variety of types of songs, from very serious and meaningful ones, to hardcore and less serious songs. The lyrics on this album are outstanding. Favorite track: Mind State.
